ThaiQuest Terms of Use

Welcome to ThaiQuest. By accessing or using this web application, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of ThaiQuest.
1. Purpose
ThaiQuest provides Thai language practice quizzes, quests, and optional account features. The service is offered “as is” for personal, non-commercial learning.
2. Accounts and Authentication
Accounts are optional. When you sign in, we store your email and profile information with Supabase to sync progress (stars, quests, player name, XP). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that occurs under your credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use ThaiQuest in any manner that violates laws or infringes on the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or degrade ThaiQuest’s security or performance.
- Do not upload or submit harmful content, including malware, spam, or discriminatory material.
4. Intellectual Property
All quiz content, UI designs, and code are owned by ThaiQuest unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute the content without permission.
5. Third-Party Services
ThaiQuest relies on trusted partners:
- Supabase for authentication, secure storage of profile data, and optional progress sync.
- Google Analytics for anonymized usage metrics to improve ThaiQuest.
Each third party has its own policies. Continued use of ThaiQuest acknowledges your acceptance of those services.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse or to protect the service. You may request deletion of synced data by contacting thaiquest.feedback@gmail.com.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ThaiQuest is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of content, or that the service will meet your learning goals.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThaiQuest and its maintainers will not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
